WCED Area Learning Center

Are you a student in 7th through 12th grade that is in need of an alternative setting to complete graduation requirements?  If so, connect with your school counselor and discuss your options. Maybe the WCED ALC can meet your needs.  Once enrolled at the ALC, we would develop an individual learning plan to earn a diploma from your district.

How a student enrolls at the WCED ALC....
1. A referral to the ALC is made from the home district. If you as a student are interested in attending the ALC, you need to contact your home district counselor. 

2. The home district completes an application and submits the application along with attendance record, academic transcript, summary of behavior reports, and state testing scores.

3. The home district contacts student/family (and other members of the students team) to schedule an intake meeting to be held at the ALC.
